WHAT DO THE HIGH COUNCIL OFFICERS DO ?

They run the club and are the overseers of the entire club. They are

the problem solvers that guide and consult all other officers such as

the National Divisionary Officers and the Chapter Officers, along with

all other members of the club when they need further understanding,

help, advice, or assistance of any kind to solve a problem. They may

step into any part of the club at any time without warning to take on

any situations or problems to preserve the organization and the

fundamentals of the club and to preserve the brother hood and sister

hood of the club.

Usually a situation is presented to the High Council by a National

Divisionary officer of any region, whom had inturn recieved and is

unable to handle a situation recieved from a chapter officer in their

region, so long as the chapter is not unable to handle its present

situation (s).
