UPDATED MATERIAL NOTIFICATIONS
The original creater(s) and owner(s) of the Street UnderGrounD club formed several years ago are Ed Leasure originally and other un-stated individuals that were asked to aid in the making of the club nearly two decades ago and the more recent website.  We are not affiliated with any other Street Underground club, which we have had problems with other individuals and clubs claiming to be us and even claiming to be part of our website. One such club had stolen our club's name (while nearly causing us to hold suit against their club) formed near the end of 2004 and beginning of 2005. It is still unclear if the name of our club, the original Street UnderGrounD club was willingly or un-knowingly copied by the other club's individuals.  These individuals claiming to be the creaters and owners of the other club they formed in the years 2004/2005 and as they stated they are the only creaters of the club they formed and were given our name by an individual they claim  tried to take over the club who calls himself MR. C. These individuals and their club is in no way involved with our club, the real and original Street UnderGrounD. Our club is the original Street UnderGrounD portrayed in this website. The involvement of these other entities which were asked to join forces with and by Ed Leasure, whom had and currently has always owned the vehicle club Street UnderGrounD, was only for a short time to investigate the other club for stealing our club's name in several ways and to resolve the matter. OUR club is many years older, therefore holds precidence. Ed Leasure owns the original Street UndergrounD car club and will still own the original name if the club shall again be put on hold at any time and for any reason, whereas the other club (the other copycat club) must change their name completely and may not have any of the same words present in the title, club, or website without our permission. They must change fonts and other items depending on copy right laws. This is done to protect the original club name and club formed by Ed Leasure many years ago. Our club's name is Street UnderGrounD, whether it is accompanied by the words car club, vehicle club, motorcycle club, orany other words following or preceding. The original club (Street UnderGrounD), created by Ed Leasure, also used the metalic fonts, Green Glow Fonts, Alien Fonts, Alien Glow Fonts, All Neon Colored Fonts, bolt pattern/metal fonts, chrome fonts, becker fonts, black forest fonts, dual colored fonts, etc. All are also animated and/or non animated, and use the fonts which some or all are forms of the Becker Font and Black Forest Font and always used by Ed Leasure's club which was first named Street UnderGrounD for its medieval appearance of its fonts.  All sponsors and doners located by Ed Leasure for Street UnderGrounD is property of and will stay with Ed Leasure and shall remain private and not be given to any other entity unless authorized by him. All logos will stay with Ed Leasure unless created by another entity and other entity does not authorize permission with proof of the object was created by them, but may be used if an entity in Ed Leasure's original club creates or recreates them, along with any other font or logo bearing the name of Street UnderGrounD or indicated/non indicated property of. If it is found to be true that the club name was willingly and knowingly stolen from Ed Leasure, legal charges may be pressed in and up to $100,000 amounts on those entities causing the infringement, and while certain members knowing Ed Leasure for a long period of time also knowing the name of his club may be sued via theft by deception.
