FILLING OFFICIAL CHAPTER POSITIONS
Each Chapter should have five (5) official positions filled at all times, except for the High Council
Officers which govern the entire club. Any open position is to be filled by moving the next sequential officer up into
that position by making that officer aware of the open position and granting the position to him. An official position may
remain open if all officers are comfortable with their position and do not wish to take the open position.
No officer is to be excluded from the chance to fill his right to succession in the chain of command.
If that officer does not wish to fill the position, the chapter's president or national officer must
continue to move down the chain of command until an officer is found that wants to take the position. If any of
the positions remain unfilled for any reason, then a member must be chosen by the remaining officers and members through a
vote. If the chapter cannot make a decision then that chapter is to inform the national officers so the problem can become
solved.
The choosing of a new officer must be presented to the High Council Officers, whom make
the final vote in all cases over the National Divisions and Chapter Officials, and the National Officers whom will
make the successive vote over the chapters in their region.
