CORRECTED RUMOR #1
QUESTION: Is it true that Street UnderGrounD put a stop to a fraudulent organization and
their money making fundraising scam ?
ANSWER: Yes we did. It was a little biker lady and another woman (a DJ that played in bars
local to the Pittsburgh and New Kensington areas and at other events around the area). Both women are from New Kensington,
PA and were calling themselves The Riders For Danna organization, a fake group with an unregistered name used to hold
fundraisers to scam individuals into donating money that they were pocketing in 2005 and not giving it to the person it was
meant for. They did this by finding a local family who had a child with health problems to use as victims for their fundraising
scam, but the family didnt know the scammers were pocketting most of the money. It turned out these two women were going round
getting money off of people, holding events, and other illegal fundraisers that the family in need knew nothing
about.
It turns out the one scammer, the one that is the D.J. in and around New Kensington was reported to
have been caught scamming welfare as well, for not reporting her income from her work as a D.J. for which she was caught by
the system and didnt get away with it.
It turns out that these 2 women tried to scam our club, Street Underground which turned out to be their
biggest mistake and downfall as we put an end to their fraudulent activity. We also helped the the family they were scamming
along with others and some other organizations that we got word to to help out.
CORRECTED RUMOR #2
Does a person by the name of Mr. C run the club ?
The answer is no. This person is a member that once joined the club and was later expelled from the club
for for mischief in the club that the club does not tolerate. This person also known as Cecil E. (last name
not given to protect the individual) a.k.a. Mr. C. , is not part of our club and does not own nor run the club in any way.
The club's original creator and owner is Ed.
After this person did try to start his own car club by illegally using our name until stopped, which caused
some confusion.
CORRECTED RUMOR #3
Why were there two Vandergrift chapters at the same time there were two Penn Hills chapters in 2004 and
2005 ?
There was only one chapter of each at that time. The original Vandergrift and Penn Hills chapters were formed
when the club was first created. The second vandergrift and Penn Hills chapters started in winter of 2004/2005
were brought to us by the earlier mentioned Mr. C. and people he knew wanting to form chapters for Street
Underground in those areas, or so he claimed, but they had already asuumed our name without permission of the club. They were
given a chance to join our club.
CORRECTED RUMOR #4
Is it true the Vandergrift and Penn Hills chapters never fully became club chapters because they were a
part of someones plan to steal the club or club's name ?
Cecil, a.k.a. Mr. C. ( the one expellled from the club) did tell people he owned and started the club, thus
trying to steal the name, therefore the club as well for unknown reasons. he did this by causing confusion and lying
to new members that we granted him permission to bring into the club. His membership in the National Division position
was revoked for doing so. He was with us less than one season out of the 2 decades the club existed. He did make the current
Vandergrift & Penn Hills chapters unknowing accomplices because of his lies to them to make them think they were forming
a new and current club under him rather than under the High Council of our club, the real Street Underground in the winter
of 2004/2005 until the High Council investigated and these chapters were shut down due to this matter.
This is the first and only time we have had a problem within the club with anyone in two decades.
